Isabel Spigarelli

Isabel Spigarelli, born in 1992, is a journalist, writer and literary expert. She graduated in comparative literature and theatre, film and media studies at the Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main. Since 2018, she has been working for the weekly newspaper woxx, for which she coordinates the cultural pages and where she introduced the cultural podcast “Um Canapé mat der woxx” . Spigarelli regularly moderates debates on political and social topics, such as feminism, LGBTIQA+, racism, and she is a writer of literary texts and has so far published two books: “Der Versuch, zu sein” (2012) and “Nichts zu danken” (2016).
