Karin FISSLTHALER

Karin Fisslthaler works in the fields of visual arts, experimental film/video, music (under the pseudonym Cherry Sunkist) and as a university lecturer. Her artistic focus is primarily on the utilisation of
exploitation of found footage, such as filmic and pop-cultural artefacts. Her artistic works have been shown at international festivals, in museums, galleries and exhibitions and can be found in public and private collections in Austria and abroad.

She holds a degree in Experimental Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts and a PhD in Artistic Research, both from the University of Art and Design in Linz, Austria.
