Man in Greige is a playful drama about Edgar, a middle-aged man grappling with the disconnection in his marriage and the pressures of modern life. He and his wife, Farah, struggle with infertility, and their relationship is strained by routine and emotional distance. On the day of an important fertility appointment, Edgar, as usual, is late. On his way, he encounters a surreal version of his younger self, Ed, who challenges him to confront the joyless, overworked life he’s built. Locked together in a hospital storage room, Edgar and Ed engage in a tense conversation that forces Edgar to reflect on his lost spontaneity and freedom. Meanwhile, Farah struggles with feelings of insecurity at the doctor’s office. As they finally join, Edgar learns that she didn’t go through with the procedure and offers her a new start – “Anywhere”.
