Synopsis

A hard-hitting and necessary film about the horrors of bullying

Admitted to the hospital’s intensive care unit, 16-year-old Emma is strangely aware of the world around her, with which she is unable to communicate. Emma begins to investigate her own life and the reasons for her sudden hospitalization. As she gradually discovers what happens to her, she is confronted with the harsh reality of her situation.

Solange Cicurel is a Belgian screenwriter and director. Her first feature film, ‘Faut pas lui dire’, was released in 2017 and won the Magritte award for best first film. The second, ‘Adorables’, will be released in 2020. Her third feature, ‘TKT (T’inquiète)’, on the theme of bullying among teenagers, will be released in 2025.
