GENERAL REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Requests will be processed in chronological order. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee the confirmation of your request.

A confirmation email for your reservation will be sent exclusively by the Young Audiences Department of the Festival as soon as possible. Upon receiving confirmation, you will have 15 working days to confirm your attendance at the Festival or cancel your reservation.

If no response is received within this period, your confirmation will be cancelled to ensure the seats can be allocated to other classes.

In the event of a fully booked screening, alternative screenings suitable for your class will be proposed via email.

As participants, you agree to comply with the following rules:

When confirming your attendance, please ensure you can fully participate in the entire programme (the total duration will be communicated to you by the Festival in advance). Meetings with members of the film crew and topic specialists are integral parts of our educational programme.

Please note that the each screening will unfold as follows:

• An introduction of 10 to 15 minutes before the film;
• A post-screening Q&A session (20–30 minutes for certain films intended for ages 5–11 and 45 minutes to 1 hour for all films intended for ages 12–18).

Kindly take these requirements into account before booking your session. No exceptions will be made regarding your participation in the post-screening discussions and exchanges

Failure to comply with this condition will automatically result in your future reservations at the Luxembourg City Film Festival being placed on a non-priority waiting list.
